- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your existing timelines and events are preserved. If you have more timelines or events than your new plan allows, those timelines become read-only (soft clamp) — you can still view and export them, but you cannot add new events until you upgrade again or delete timelines to get back under the limit.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro or Ultra at any time.
- What are the Ultra soft ceilings?
- Ultra includes up to 10,000 events per timeline and up to 100 collaborators. These are soft limits — contact support if you need higher limits for your use case.
